 911 Emergency Dialing |
| Your safety is important to us so when you sign up with Wifi2Voice, we have a form for you to fill out so that in case of emergency situations we can deliver to the proper Public Safety Answering Point ("PSAP") your location and information. With E911 service, when you dial 911, your telephone number and registered address is simultaneously sent to the local emergency center assigned to your location, and emergency operators have access to the information they need to send help.
With basic 911, the local emergency operator answering the call will not have your information, call back number or your exact location, so be prepared to give them this information. You must verbally inform the operator your phone number, he/she may not be able to call you back or dispatch help if the call is not completed, disconnected, or if you are unable to speak. As additional local emergency centers become capable of receiving our customers' information, Wifi2Voice will automatically upgrade customers with basic 911 to E911 service. Wifi2Voice suggest that you always have another means of calling for emergency help.
There are some locations where customers may not have access to either basic 911 or E911. If you don't have access to basic 911 or E911 your 911 call will be sent to the Wifi2Voice national emergency call center. A trained employee at the emergency call center will ask for the name, telephone number and location, and then contact the local emergency center for the customer in order to send help.
NOTE: 911 Dialing service will not function in the event of a broadband or power outage or if your broadband, ISP or Wifi2Voice phone service is terminated.

| Voicemail Plus |
Wifi2Voice Voicemail gives you total control over your voicemail by phone, through email, and online.

Check your voicemails by phone with several access numbers across the US, UK, and Canada. Also, you can check your voicemail from any computer with Internet access by logging into your Web Account.
- Email Notification
With Wifi2Voice you can access your voicemails through your Web Account and even play them back through your computer. You can receive email notifying you every time you receive a voicemail and attach the actual message.
- Customize Your Voicemail Controls
You can record Scheduled Greetings for different hours and days of the year. Choose a new PIN for voicemail access whenever you want. You are fully in control with Wifi2Voice and have the options of turning these features on or off.

| Caller I.D. With Name |
Wifi2Voice Caller ID with Name will show you the name and phone number of your incoming caller on your Caller ID device whenever it is available.
Caller ID with Name
Wifi2Voice Caller ID with Name lets you know the caller's identity. It also displays the information in the email you receive when you activate Voicemail Notification by Email. You can also see the caller's name in your web account by moving your mouse over the call record. It¡¯s a great feature that you will come to enjoy.
It also works with Call Waiting, displaying the new caller's identity when you hear the Call Waiting tones.

| 3-Way Calling |
You can connect two other parties onto the same call so that all three of you can talk at the same time. 3-Way Calling is easy and it doesn't cost you extra with Wifi2Voice! Its an ease to have your brother from Australia and mother from Texas on the same line while you tell them about your interesting day!
How to use: |
- Dial your first party as you normally would.
- Once connected, press the Flash Button or Switch Hook on your phone and dial the second party.
- After the second party is connected, press the Flash Button or Switch Hook again, and you're all connected.

| Call Forwarding |
You can send incoming calls to any phone number you choose to your cell phone, work number or friend's house in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. This advanced function is included with every Wifi2Voice calling plan.
With traditional phone service you have to be at home to forward your phone, and in most cases you pay extra for this service. With Wifi2Voice Service, Call Forwarding is included free of charge and you don't have to be home to set it up.
Have you ever left the house in a rush and realized that you had wanted to forward your phone, but did not get the chance? With Wifi2Voice, all you would have to do is log into your Member Account Manager from any computer and update your Call Forwarding settings.
You can determine how you want your Call Forwarding configured with the click of your mouse. Control the number of times your Wifi2Voice phone rings before forwarding to another number. Control how long Call Forwarding attempts to ring a destination number. Control which voicemail picks up the forwarded call if you have more than one voicemail system. You can also control how many numbers you would like to ring, all from your Web Account. |

| Ring All |
| Activate Wifi2Voice "Ring All" and your incoming calls can ring your Wifi2Voice number plus up to 5 other numbers in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada regardless of phone service provider. Since the numbers ring simultaneously, you can ensure that you are answering your important calls as quickly as possible even if you're on the move. Call Forwarding and "Ring All" are both free with all Wifi2Voice accounts. However, remember that forwarded calls are treated as an outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our unlimited home plans, overage charges apply to forwarded calls that exceed your calling plan's monthly allotted minutes. |

| Call Waiting |
What is it?
Allows you to accept an incoming phone call while you are already on the phone. Call Waiting enables you to put the first call on hold while you answer the second call.
How does it help?
You are chatting away with your friend on the phone, but don't want to miss the call from the company that just interviewed you. With Call Waiting you don't have to worry about that any longer. Just keep talking because while you are on the phone, a tone will signal that a second call is incoming.
How to use: |
- While on the phone, you will hear a beep indicating an incoming call.
- Press the telephone switchhook or flash button to answer this incoming call.
- To return to your first caller press the switchhook or flash button again.

| Call Waiting ID |
| This feature lets you see who's calling even though you are currently on a call. It signals another incoming call with the name and number of the person calling. So if you're on an important call and not sure if you should answer the second incoming call, Call Waiting ID lets you check your phone's call display for the name of your second caller to determine whether or not you need to answer the call. |

| Protect Your Privacy |
Hide Your Caller ID Information from Anyone You Call Caller ID Block, also known as *67, allows you to block your identity when you're making a phone call. This feature is always off until you activate it. You activate this feature before you begin dialing.

You can activate Caller ID Block any time you make an outgoing call. |
- Pick up your handset.
- Listen for the dial tone and press *67.
- Wait for the dial tone and dial the number you are calling.

Click-2-Call Saves You Time
With Wifi2Voice Click-2-Call, you select a phone number from anywhere on your computer and we dial it instantly. Click-2-Call rings your Wifi2Voice number first. When you pick up your phone, it then rings the number you picked to dial. You will be able to ring any number, in any location, on any device, without even dialing the number. Let's say you have to call all the parents on your son's sports team. With Click-2-Call, just highlight the list of numbers and it will transfer the numbers to a drop-down list. You can then click each number to dial it, saving you time and effort. You will never misdial again! |

Automatic Call Return
Have you ever had to run to catch a phone call and then missed it anyway? Wifi2Voice Call Return, also known as *69, returns your last incoming call automatically. Just dial *69 and your Wifi2Voice service will dial back the last call made to you. So relax, and stop running. Call Return service costs nothing extra. Now you can get your exercise on your own terms. With Wifi2Voice, there are no extra charges to use the Call Return feature. However, remember that returned calls are treated as an outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our unlimited plans, overage charges apply to returned calls that exceed your calling plan's monthly allotted minutes. |

| Contacts is your online address book with names and numbers. Quickly store, find phone numbers, sort your contacts by category, and operate Click to Call. Need to make a call and you can't find your PDA? Open your Wifi2Voice Member Account Manager and find your Contacts. Choose the number you need and hit Click to Call. No more searching! |

| Distinctive Rings |
Choose from 4 different ring patterns to assign to any Signature Number (additional phone number). If you have multiple numbers, this will indicate which number is being called. You will always know who the phone call is for! If you have two numbers, one for you and one for your kids, you can set up each line with its own distinctive ring. No more dashing to the telephone when it might not be for you!
How to use: |
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Distinctive Rings from the menu.
- You can assign a distinctive ring to any additional (signature) number on your account. Select the phone number from the drop down menu at the top of the Distinctive Rings page, and choose the distinctive ring that you would like to assign to this number and save it.

| Repeat Dialing |
Don't you hate dialing a busy number over and over again? Wifi2Voice Repeat Dialing can call back for you when the number you're trying is busy.
Activating Repeat Dialing is easy and will last for 30 minutes. When you hear a busy signal: |
- Press #5
- Hang up when you hear a beep tone.

Wifi2Voice will ring you back when the phone number you're trying to reach is not busy anymore. Pick up the phone and you'll be connected. Also, you can continue to use your Wifi2Voice number until your call back is connected. Wifi2Voice will connect your call when both you and your party are available. Now that is a time saver if you hate guessing if the one you¡¯re trying to reach is available.
Wifi2Voice doesn't think you should be charged just to avoid the frustration of getting busy signals. So Repeat Dialing is included at no additional cost to you in every Wifi2Voice monthly calling plan. |

| Do Not Disturb |
Limit unwanted interruptions by enabling your Do Not Disturb feature. Your calls will be directed straight to Voicemail. If you do not have Voicemail or your Voicemail is not active, callers will hear an announcement stating that you are currently not accepting calls. |

Important Calls Deserves Your Attention
You never know when that special or important call might come in and you do not want to miss it. If you have multiple Wifi2Voice phone numbers on the same account, Wifi2Voice Call Hunt rings your other line(s) when the one you¡¯re using is busy. Call Hunt immediately rings the caller to another phone number in your account. Whether you have 2 lines or 4, you can pick the ring sequence in any order you would like.
Easy Call Hunt Management
Setting up Wifi2Voice Call Hunt is simple. |
- Login to your Wifi2Voice Web Account.
- Click on the "Features" tab on the Dashboard.
- Click on the "Call Hunt" option.
- Select any or all of the physical lines in your Web Account to include in your Call Hunt ring sequence.
- Choose the ring sequence for your numbers that best fits your needs.
You can deactivate, change the ring sequence, or select other lines for Call Hunt at any time. Our Call Hunt feature is included in your monthly calling plan. All you need is a Wifi2Voice account with multiple lines. |

| Find Me |
Wherever you go, you can have your calls follow you! Find Me allows incoming calls to "find you" at multiple phone numbers, one after another. If you don't pick up at one number, the call will move on to the next, until either you pick up or the call terminates. You don't have to sit at home and wait for that call anymore. You can have all your calls find you and forward your Wifi2Voice calls to multiple numbers.
How to use: |
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Call Forwarding from the menu.
- Click on the Find Me Forwarding button.
- A Find Me Forwarding configuration box will display. Set your forwarding ring preference and the phone number(s) you would like your Wifi2Voice number to forward to and click Save.

| Speed Dial |
| Dial the people you call most by simply pressing two numbers. Speed Dial lets you designate a two-digit code for each of the telephone numbers you dial most often. Setting up your Speed Dial preferences is easy with your Member Account Manager. To activate Speed Dial, dial [*] plus the assigned code of the number you want to call. The number will be automatically dialed. |

| Call Blocking |
International Call Block
Wifi2Voice offers an International Call Block feature for all of our accounts, which allows you to block and unblock international calling. You'll never have to worry about unintended international calls again. This feature also blocks unwanted Directory Assistance calls.
How To Use |
- Login to your Wifi2Voice Web Account
- Click on "Features" tab from your Dashboard
- Configure the "International Call Block" option as you would like.
