Description: Responsible for supporting LAN/WAN; Unix, Linux, Windows environment, operations, functionality, architecture and engineering for local and remote sites. Ensure monitored conformances with VoIp Servers. Knowledge of hardware consisting of all servers (UNIX, Linux & NT) switches, routers and hubs. Supports functionalities consist of encrypted communication between local and remote sites, firewall security, hardware performances and connectivity to the Internet.

Requirements:

• Able to develop and execute policies and procedures to ensure the proper management, security and utilization of computer.
Proactively analyze business requirements and present appropriate IT recommendations

• when necessary with regards to daily service activities. Work directly with all internal organizations to manage information services and provide corporate direction and management.

• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT Dept services.
